My wife brought these little chaps into the kitchen from her vegetable garden. They were part of a small batch I found on the kitchen table. I took them into the studio and made a few impressions. After a morning spent with them, they ended up in the kitchen pot like the rest.
My inspiration for these is the Pepper series by Edward Weston. Perhaps like him, I will study form in the available veggies from my wife’s garden. She’s not too happy with my impressions of her veggies though. I don’t know why.
